Vision

Founder Andre Buckner believes that everyone deserves to be safe and have a place to live. He is endeavoring to change the lives of others wherever and however he is able. Arms of Refuge is helping to combat human trafficking, homelessness, and poverty.

Mission

It is the mission of Arms of Refuge to make a difference in the lives of those who have been exploited in human trafficking, who don’t have a secure place to live and those who are experiencing poverty which is, at times, tied to human trafficking and homelessness.
